"Tap into Sustainability" - Capital Regional District
Our local tap water - it's in everything we eat. It's in all our local foods. It makes up 78% of us, and that's a good thing. After all, the Sooke Lake reservoir is fed by a pristine, protected watershed, which means our water supply is naturally clean and clear. Bottled water is up to 1,000 times more expensive than Greater Victoria's drinking water. So make the pledge to drink CRD municipal tap water from now on. The first 9,000 "Tap into Sustainability" pledgers will be eligible for a stainless steel, re-usable bottle FREE of charge.
By taking the pledge you are making the promise to avoid the use of bottled water and always choose to drink local tap water!
